Job description

We are looking to add an important new team member immediately.

Our company specializes in personal temperature control products. We manage several e-commerce websites and operate multiple brands sold in thousands of retail locations nationwide, including ActionHeat, Gerbing, Venture Heat, AlphaCool, and others.

This is a multifaceted role for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and able to manage several responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new products and maintain item information for major retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Academy Sports, Scheels, and others
  • Enter, process, and track wholesale customer orders
  • Communicate with wholesale accounts regarding orders, inventory, product updates, and new product opportunities
  • Monitor incoming emails and troubleshoot order-related issues
  • Work directly with outside sales representatives
  • Help coordinate wholesale orders from order entry through shipment
  • Coordinate product, pricing, inventory, and item-detail changes with retail partners
  • Assist with receiving inventory and processing incoming orders
  • Troubleshoot issues within our inventory management and order-processing systems
  • Use basic AI tools to assist with research, organization, communication, and day-to-day productivity
  • Perform general administrative support and data-entry responsibilities
  • Occasionally travel for trade shows, retailer meetings, or company-related events

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and a willingness to learn how to use them effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
