Job Description

Essential Job Functions
  • Serves as the voice of the customer by communicating customer needs, priorities, and concerns internally and escalating issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
  • Owns and manages strategic customer accounts.
  • Develops and executes account strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Leads quotation strategy and commercial negotiations.
  • Presents complex commercial and technical proposals to customer leadership.
  • Leads crossfunctional teams supporting customer programs and launches.
  • Oversees program lifecycle management and escalation resolution.
  • Supports forecasting, budgeting, and longrange planning.
  • Mentors Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists.
  • Documents opportunities in the CSP account planning tool and regularly tracks and reports progress, activity, and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive account management or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex or strategic customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of OEM and Tier 1 sourcing and product development cycles.
  • Advanced negotiation and commercial strategy experience.
  • Executivelevel communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer and company locations up to 25%.
