Your tasks

  • Develop and implement material flow systems for sustainable costs optimization in the plants (in-house plant logistics
  • Technical lead for new plant projects by providing Material Flow expertise to the project.
  • Support and advice in projects regarding the setting up/extension of plants by drawing up plant layouts as well as material, supply and disposal concepts.
  • Develop best-in-class solutions in cooperation with research institutes; universities and external organizations (external benchmark).
  • Establish and distribute best-practice solutions throughout the Brose Group (internal benchmark).
  • Design in-house processes (material flow, warehouse, transport) and establish them in the Brose IT-landscape
  • Development of Logistics working plan for each plant of north America using MTM expertise
  • Design and develop tools in the effort to increase automation and efficiency in the Logistics processes.
  • Define necessary measures to ensure work environmental; ergonomics and health protection in the material flow area. Comprises technical aspects as well as organizational implementation in the plants.
