Responsibilities :
  • Develop and identify new business opportunities with assigned customers in coordination with Business Development.
  • Gather customer intelligence to define optimized technical and commercial solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with customers on contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Prepare cost models, financial scenarios, and profitability analyses prior to quoting.
  • Develop and deliver complete quotation packages including technical and commercial details.
  • Negotiate quotes using financial and technical arguments and continuously improve competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels and functions.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Organize customer visits, technical events, and relationship-building activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive positioning to support business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Key Account Management in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of customer requirements and automotive industry processes.
  • Experience with strategic selling and preparing quotation packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a cross-functional environment.
  • English required; additional languages (Spanish, German) are a plus.
