Job description

Thriving CPA firm located in central Boca Raton is seeking an experienced accountant to join our team who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. With a big firm mentality but in a small boutique, laid back office, we work as a team to provide the best possible personalized service. As the managing partner, I work closely with everyone in the company.
The typical services we provide include tax return preparation (1040, 1120S and 1065), QuickBooks write-up, year-end closings, and payroll and sales tax preparation. We don't provide audit or review services and do not work with public or non-profit companies. The firm is nicely balanced between business and individual tax clients.
Overtime hours might be asked upon as the tax deadlines approach. Benefits include health insurance, 401k and PTO.
Knowledge of preparing tax returns, payroll processing and QuickBooks is required. Candidate must public accounting experience. UltraTax and Caseware experience is a huge plus!
We work in a paperless environment so the candidate must be comfortable working on and around the computer.
