Job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to join our pizza restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensure excellent customer service, and support team members in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering great food and service.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and order fulfillment
Handle cash, process transactions, and balance registers
Train and mentor new employees
Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs
Open and/or close the restaurant as required
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
