What You Will Do:
Guidehouse provides a range of advisory services and support to improve the processes and capabilities surrounding the development, defense, execution, reporting, and process analysis of activities required support the non-budgetary side of IC CFO. In this support, we provide guidance on financial management (FM) activities and systems in order to achieve, improve, and sustain appropriate accountability for all other IC priorities. You will work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of systems and processes related to budget formulation, execution, financial accounting, and accountability for IC funds, as well as address Counterintelligence (CI) vulnerabilities in outdated systems and process, as well as those inherent in public budgetary and financial management requirements. This role will include support for mapping of current and future systems, pathways, and interfaces supporting the full FM lifecycle.
What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelors degree
  • THREE (3)+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, and/or financial management systems

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with IC funds and federal government systems supporting complete funds flow and housing related data (i.e. Treasury, OMB, DoW, IC FM systems)
  • Ability to work across diverse set of stakeholders to generate data calls which solicit needed information to document FM systems and processes and inform areas of opportunity.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in the performance of work duties.
  • Ability to liaise, understand system and process details, document for concise understanding, and translate to varying audiences including CIO, FM (budget and accounting), leadership, and oversight stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
