Expert staffing west is seeking a qualified QC Tech for a Plastic Manufacturer in Ontario Ca.

12-hour shifts

3/4 Day rotating schedule

Bilingual is a Plus!


Duties include

  • The Quality Process Technician is responsible for auditing the manufacturing process to ensure that the product being produced is compliant with quality standards.
  • The Technician will be a prominent representative for quality on the production floor.
  • The expectation is for the technician to frequently audit the manufacturing process
  • Test product for requested customer COA’s (Certificate of Analysis) and COC’s (Certificate of Compliance)
  • Maintain records and data base for tracking of internal and external nonconformities

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality role in an industrial environment
  2. Proficient in MS office suite Calibration experience
  3. Experience with lab testing procedures COA’s, COC’s Quality lab and product testing experience Standards compliance (ISO, SQF) experience
  4. Basic computer skills Basic math skill
