Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Development, Business Administration/Management or related field.
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years working as a software quality assurance analyst conducting software quality assurance activities for software development projects, including creation of test plans and test cases, and testing the developed software against business and functional requirements.
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years working closely with Software Developers and Business Analysts on Information Technology project(s) consisting of a project team of over 10 staff and 100+ users.
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years using software tools used for software quality assurance documentation and reporting (i.e. Microsoft Team Foundation Server).
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years coordinating with business stakeholders and software end-users to guide them through user acceptance testing for Information Technology project(s).
