Drive AI governance at BMO as the AI Assurance and Audit Leader. Lead risk management strategies focused on Generative AI and AI-enabled processes.
This senior role focuses on establishing a comprehensive AI audit strategy, critically assessing AI governance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will deliver key insights from audits, advising executive leadership on effective risk management practices and enterprise-wide challenges. Your leadership is crucial to fostering trust and accountability in AI implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish AI governance frameworks and audit methodologies
• Analyze and report on AI-related risks and controls
• Engage with regulators and lead compliance initiatives
• Oversee enterprise-level audits and report on key findings
• Support team development aligned with BMO values
Requirements:
• At least 9 years of relevant audit or risk management experience
• Preferably CIA, CISA, or CPA certified
• In-depth knowledge of AI governance and risk management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
