Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview: 

Join AMEND as a Quality Assurance Analyst to gain hands-on experience supporting our Delivery team.  Our Quality Assurance Analyst will support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight. This role involves auditing delivery metrics, organizing operational documentation, cleaning project data, and assisting with client revenue analysis.

This is a co-op/internship experience that includes the opportunity to participate in AMEND's Analyst Program, a semester-long development program with curriculum to build a wholistic understanding of business. This is an incredible opportunity to be exposed to the world-class talent of AMEND and experience a transformational rotation with us!

This is an internal role and reports to our Project Controls Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Metrics & Data Governance

  • Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards (e.g., Project Health Pulses and AMEND Quality System preparation).
  • Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes (Extension vs Expansion).
  • Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
  • Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site: gather, organize, and track document artifacts with revision histories.

Data Cleanup and Analysis

  • Perform data cleanup in project management systems (e.g., Kantata), focusing on agreed definitions.
  • Audit Kantata projects to verify billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy.
  • Collect, analyze and clean historical data to support BI reporting comparisons.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with AMEND team members
  • Comfort in using Excel and willingness to learn business intelligence tools (Power BI)
  • Basic familiarity or willingness to learn key operational business systems such as Kantata and Sharepoint
  • Good communication and ability to work independently with guidance
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
