Content Quality Analyst

ANDERSEN is seeking a detail-oriented Content QA Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of content experiences across Microsoft 365, including templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and emerging Copilot experiences.
This role combines quality assurance, content validation, and AI evaluation, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about testing user experiences, identifying issues, and improving content quality across a range of Microsoft products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for Microsoft 365 content experiences, including templates, prompt templates, and AI-generated content.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and related productivity experiences.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
  • Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, formatting, and overall user experience.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, validation frameworks, and testing documentation.
  • Analyze testing results and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify quality trends and opportunities to improve content performance, testing processes, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with content, product, design, and engineering teams to support quality improvements and testing automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Content Automation, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, quality assurance, or usability testing.
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test reporting documentation.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality processes, and defect management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and productivity workflows.
