As a Quality Analyst Sr within PNC's TM Operations Production Support organization, you will be based in remotely in either Cleveland Ohio, New Jersey, or Pittsburgh, PA.
*The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. This role is primarily remote. However, the selected candidate would be expected to report to the office 2 times a month.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job Description
  • Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization. Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs. Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
  • Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
  • Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback. Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
  • Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.
