Location: San Antonio, TX

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst supports M365 quality assurance, governance validation, documentation, and reporting activities. This role ensures compliance with client standards and supports process oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate M365 and governance configuration settings.
  • Support QA reviews, change validation, and compliance checks.
  • Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, and documentation packages.
  • Perform business process analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluation.
  • Support communication with operational and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 additional years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of analysis or program support experience.
  • Industry-recognized commercial certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft productivity/analysis certs, CompTIA Project+, or equivalent).
  • Experience with performance measurement, data/process modeling, and process improvement techniques.

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting M365 governance environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
