The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional timing. By leveraging data analysis and root cause problem solving, the manager addresses supply disruptions and inventory imbalances while improving key metrics. Additionally, this position provides leadership and development for the team, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to company standards, ethics, and operational excellence.
About the team:
The team collaborates closely with Merchants to deliver inventory planning, forecasting, and category management that drive strategic growth in Handbags and Backpacks. Focused on launching premium brands and enhancing business performance, it works cross-functionally with Inventory and Replenishment leaders to execute data-driven decisions. Leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, the team improves processes and outcomes. Reporting to senior leadership, it shapes merchandising strategies supporting key programs like Beach Accessories and Back to School. This team plays a pivotal role in advancing business growth within Jewelry and Accessories through innovation and strategic partnership.
What you'll do:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise lifecycle visibility and vendor collaboration.
  • Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular timing and demand.
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and replenishment issues.
  • Manage inventory for recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions with supplier coordination.
  • Oversee product flow, open-to-buy reviews, and inventory distribution to support business goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and improve inventory health metrics.
  • Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring, and fostering continuous improvement.
