The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional partners, ensuring timely inventory positioning and effective response to disruptions. The position emphasizes data-driven root cause analysis to resolve stock issues and improve inventory health. Additionally, it provides leadership in team development and process improvement, aligning operational goals with business objectives while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
About the team:
The Merchandising Execution team ensures the right products are available at the right place and time, supporting seamless shopping experiences across channels. Collaborating closely with Merchants, the team translates assortment strategies into actionable plans that enhance inventory productivity, in-stock performance, and financial outcomes. Operating at enterprise scale, the team drives critical inventory, service, and profitability decisions. Members utilize skills in inventory management, supply chain coordination, forecasting, and data analysis to optimize product flow and resolve supply challenges, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success in a dynamic environment.

  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
