The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional timing. The position emphasizes data-driven root cause analysis to resolve supply disruptions and improve inventory health. Additionally, it provides leadership in team development, process improvement, and compliance with company standards, fostering a results-oriented environment that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
About the team:
The Breakfast, Baking, and Commodities Merchandising Execution team ensures customers have access to the products they need across all shopping channels. Replenishment Inventory Solutions Managers collaborate with merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to develop and implement inventory strategies that optimize product availability in stores and fulfillment centers. The team focuses on maintaining balanced inventory levels, improving in-stock performance, and responding swiftly to changing demand. By aligning inventory investments with operational efficiency, they deliver a seamless shopping experience nationwide, supporting Walmart’s commitment to meeting customer needs effectively and efficiently.
What you'll do:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
