Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for selling corporate products to businesses and industrial establishments or individuals by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or meet with customers on sales floor or by phone.

2. Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasize its in features and benefits.

3. Quote and explain prices and credit terms to customers, and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.

4. Participate in all the sales process from quoting the goods to delivery and collections.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with current customer’s; new prospects.

6. Be proactive and assist in the process to solve any customer problem or situation.

7. Maintain new and current customer contact and data information current within Company computer database.

8. Compile and create lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

9. Prepare reports as requested by Supervisor, including business transactions, gas, travel and other expenses.

10. Coordinate customer training.

11. Attend trade shows and trainings conducted by Company.

12. All other duties related to the position and requested by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years experience in Construction Material Sales ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write

routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems

involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Benefits:


Base Salary: Annual Base salary shall be $60,000, payable in biweekly installments (less any and all tax deductions or

withholdings required by law) in accordance with Trekker’s standard payroll policies.

Commission: In addition to the annual base salary, employee shall be entitled to a 3% commission of all rental volume and 5% of all gross profit of

sales for any transaction that you close within your Territory, payable in accordance with Trekker’s standard commission

payment policies. You understand that any commission payable to you by Trekker is conditioned on Trekker’s receipt of

payment from the customer in respect of the applicable transaction. Furthermore, you understand that the commission

percentage set forth herein may be revised from time to time by Trekker in its sole discretion.
