Job description

Job Title: LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Salem, OR  97305
Shift Schedule: Between the hours of 7:30AM and 5:00PM (Monday through Friday, 40hrs/week)
Duration: 1+ Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Start Date: August 2025
Qualification
Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree from a social work program accredited by the CSWE (Council on Social Work Education)
License: Current, unrestricted license a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent to practice in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
  2. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
  4. Offer crisis intervention and create safety plans during emergencies.
  5. Coordinate care with healthcare providers and social services.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  7. Conduct community outreach and educate on mental health issues.
