Team Introduction: The Publisher Partnerships team is responsible for growing and supporting TikTok's News Publisher ecosystem. We work with leading news and media organizations to drive high-quality content supply, strengthen partner relationships, and support product adoption across the platform. Our work sits at the intersection of partner management, content strategy, and operations, helping publishers build scalable and sustainable strategies on TikTok. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. About the Internship TikTok's internship program offers students real-world exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. You will contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build core skills in partnerships, operations, and partner strategy. Responsibilities: - Support publisher onboarding and assist with day-to-day partner needs - Help coordinate meetings with internal teams and external publisher partners (scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups) - Assist in preparing meeting materials, including notes and summaries - Help track and flag feedback impacting publishers - Assist in gathering and organizing partner feedback from internal teams - Conduct industry and competitive research to help identify trends and best practices - Help organize insights and contribute to internal summaries or recommendations - Support improvements to Publisher Partnerships workflows (e.g., onboarding, partner support, and tracking) by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing more efficient ways of working What You'll Gain: - Hands-on experience working with major news and media publishers - Exposure to how a global platform supports partner growth and content ecosystems - Practical skills in operations and partnerships - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Content, Product, Operations, and Strategy teams

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
