Job description

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!

Taboola partners with many of the world's leading publishers to help them grow and monetise their audiences. We are looking for a Managing Director - EMEA Publishers, to own and grow our publisher business across EMEA as a single, ambitious regional organisation.

This is a rare end-to-end leadership role with real autonomy. You will own the P&L, set the commercial strategy, lead a multi-market team, and shape how some of the region's most important media companies work with us. If you want scale, ownership, and the room to build something, this is a seat with a genuine mandate.!

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • A proven track record of senior commercial leadership in publisher or supply, media, ad-tech or a platform business.
  • A track record of owning a P&L or revenue number at regional scale.
  • Experience leading leaders and managing managers across multiple markets.
  • To be strong deal-maker with credible C-level relationships.
  • To be both strategic and operational: you build playbooks and scale teams.
  • To be a people-first leader who builds inclusive, high-performing cultures.
  • EMEA multi-market experience, comfortable in a matrixed, international organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) or Hebrew a plus.
  • The ability to drive change in a fluid environment and successfully build and scale without historical blueprints
How you’ll make an impact:

As the Managing Director - EMEA Publishers, you will:

  • Have full ownership of EMEA publisher revenue and profitability, across both new business and growth of existing partnerships.
  • Lead and grow the publisher leadership team across EMEA markets, and the sales and account-management teams beneath them.
  • Define how we win new publishers and deepen relationships with existing ones, market by market.
  • Represent Taboola at C-level with strategic publisher partners across the region.
  • Build one consistent, high-quality go-to-market approach, adapted intelligently to each market.
  • Bring new formats, new supply models and data-rich products into the core business.

People leadership is at the heart of this role. You set the tone for how the organisation works, grows and feels to be part of.

  • Build inclusive, high-trust, psychologically safe teams where people do their best work.
  • Develop leaders, not just managers, building a strong leadership bench with clear succession.
  • Set a clear, motivating direction and hold the organisation to high standards with empathy.
  • Attract, retain and grow top talent, making this a place people want to build a career.
  • Bring exceptional commercial judgment: size opportunities, prioritise ruthlessly, and decide well under uncertainty, including personally building and closing large deals.
  • Instil rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline across the region, so we have an accurate, real-time view of what is coming and a repeatable, well-qualified path from first conversation to close.
Why Taboola?

If you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people. They’ll also share more about:

  • Adam Singolda, Taboola Founder and CEO says; “You can copy anything from another business but you can’t copy a company’s culture.
  • Well-being: With an office culture that’s international, social and supportive, Taboola offers very generous benefits including 25 days holiday, excellent health insurance, some flexible working, free breakfast and lunch every day, stock options and Perkbox to name just a few.
  • Flexibility: We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office with an option to come in more often if desired.
  • Work with some of the biggest names: Our publisher partners include Yahoo, Conde Nast, Fox Sports, NBCU, ESPN, CBS, and E! Online. Our advertiser clients include Wells Fargo, Honda, Pinterest, Expedia and Honda.
Ready to realize your potential?

Taboola is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity in all forms. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and believe such an environment is critical for success. Employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
