Job description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is looking for an Interagency SME at Offutt Air Force Base. This position supports United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7) in the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of strategic-level joint exercises and training events supporting strategic deterrence and global operations missions.

This position will provide interagency coordination and operational support expertise focused on U.S. Government interagency processes, executive-level coordination, and exercise integration. This role supports the development of realistic exercise environments by integrating interagency functions, operational coordination, briefing support, and knowledge management activities into strategic-level training and exercise events.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint and strategic-level exercises and training events.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. Government interagency functions, coordination processes, and operational integration.
  • Assist with development, review, publishing, analysis, and synchronization of interagency exercise products and operational materials.
  • Support integration and coordination with interagency partners, national-level organizations, and senior leadership staffs.
  • Assist with briefing preparation, executive-level coordination, meeting support, and operational synchronization activities.
    Support development and maintenance of exercise documentation, operational tracking products, and knowledge management materials.
  • Coordinate with exercise planners, operational staffs, and mission partners to support exercise objectives and operational realism.
  • Participate in planning conferences, rehearsals, after-action reviews, and lessons learned activities.
  • Assist with creating realistic operational environments supporting strategic deterrence and global operations missions.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with U.S. Government interagency organizations, National Security Council processes, and/or White House coordination functions.
  • Experience writing, developing, publishing, analyzing, and synthesizing interagency products and operational materials.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of interagency coordination processes and executive-level operational support activities.
  • Experience supporting joint exercises, operational planning environments, or strategic-level operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, briefing, and knowledge management skills.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, battle staffs, or operational planning teams preferred.
  • Prior Combatant Command, Joint Staff, interagency, or national-level operations experience preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
