Own Enterprise Data Integration Delivery

  • Oversee design and delivery of scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and related services
  • Ensure reliable ingestion, transformation, and distribution of enterprise data across domains
  • Drive standardization of ingestion frameworks, reusable patterns, and metadata-driven pipelines

Engineer API-First Solutions

  • Lead development and governance of enterprise API frameworks (REST, event-driven, microservices, APIM)
  • Define standards for API design, versioning, security, and lifecycle management
  • Enable domain teams to consume and publish APIs through reusable and self-service models

Advance AI-Driven Development Practices

  • Promote use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, DB Genie code, automated testing tools) to improve developer productivity

Enable Platform Modernization

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Own SLO/SLAfor data delivery, API performance, and system reliability
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and proactive issue resolution strategies
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and product teams to align integration strategy with business priorities
  • Work with security and governance teams to ensure compliance and data protection
  • Support vendor partnerships and external integrations

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master'spreferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services (ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of API frameworks (REST, API Management, microservices, event-driven architecture)
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern engineering toolchains Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and techniques
