Job description

Position Summary: Marco Fine Arts (MFA) is a leader in fine art publishing and print-on-demand manufacturing, working with high-profile artists and brands during an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. The Account Manager will play a key role in managing multiple accounts, driving incremental sales growth, and uncovering new business opportunities across client organizations. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in account management who can build strong client relationships while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and across client organizations to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, developing long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction with MFA’s products and services.
  • Drive incremental sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and uncovering new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, planning, operations, and other divisions, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor, track, and report on account performance, providing updates and insights to senior management. Proactively identify and resolve account issues and challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Partner with the planning team to analyze business performance and ensure seasonal plans align with company growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in manufacturing or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and persuasive, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results independently.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Experience:

Background in manufacturing, print-on-demand production, or eCommerce industries.

Strong knowledge of account management best practices and ability to apply them effectively.
