We are seeking a Business Development Manager who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and translating technical capabilities into meaningful revenue growth. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a technical sales or business development leadership role.
  • Proven      experience in senior technical sales leadership and B2B manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated  success managing technical customer-facing teams or leading cross-functional business development initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.
  • Self-driven  professional with a strong technical background, ownership mindset, and demonstrated accountability for revenue growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with 25-50% travel.
