If working at a unique location, with a one-of-kind mission interests keep reading.

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

This is a full-time, onsite role here at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT.

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours

· Available to support planned maintenance, shutdowns, emergency response, and regulatory inspections

Why This Role

You'll join a team that's collaborative, safety-obsessed, and genuinely invested in each other's growth; where every person has real ownership over operational excellence. Your manager and team want you to build and improve a best-in-class PSM program, not just maintain one. Few places let you combine industrial refrigeration engineering, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness with the backdrop of Olympic sport. This is a chance to shape safety culture at a facility that supports year-round athlete training, international competition, and public enjoyment.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves:

· Strong understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program compliance

· Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and mechanical integrity programs

· Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills across departments

· Minimum 18 years of age

Nice-to-Haves:

· RETA: CIRO/CARO certification

· IIAR familiarity/training

· Experience developing training programs, SOPs, or contractor safety programs

· Experience with EPA/OSHA inspections, audits, or Olympic/sports refrigeration facilities

Day in the Life

Most days, you're coordinating the moving parts of a live PSM program for a plant of serious scale. You're tracking mechanical integrity inspections, managing Management of Change documentation, following up on Process Hazard Analysis actions, and reviewing operating procedures and training records. You're on the phone or on-site with maintenance staff, operators, and contractors, making sure work gets done safely and documented correctly. When an inspection or audit is coming up, you're the one making sure the paperwork and the plant are both ready. It's detail-heavy, collaborative work with a direct line to the safety of everyone.

About You at Utah Olympic Park

You don't just check boxes; you look for the risk nobody's flagged yet. You bring Excellence to documentation others might rush, Collaboration to every conversation with operators and contractors, and Grit when a shutdown or audit deadline gets tight. You see Impact in every inspection you close out and every SOP you improve, and you're part of a Community protecting athletes and coworkers alike.

Apply today through our careers page. If you want technical, meaningful work at real industrial scale that protects people and powers Olympic sport, this is the role. Apply through this posting or visit our career page: https://utaholympiclegacy.org/careers/
