Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing Team. In this role, you will foster smooth communication with customers, support sales and marketing campaigns, and maintain required documentation for the onboarding process for potential prospects and new residents.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the Givens Sales and Marketing Team and VPSM on Projects and Marketing Campaigns
  • Greet all visitors warmly and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Lead the production of routine emails, scheduling, and other clerical items as needed
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information for Independent Living Sales and Marketing
  • Support with invoice processing and the financial record keeping for Independent Living Sales and Marketing
  • Serve as a Liaison between Sales, Marketing and Financial operations to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Maintain event ROI tracker in CRM; capture attendance, lead source, and conversion outcomes for all sales events

What you'll need:
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 1 + Year of office experience in Senior Living (Preferred)

Compensation: $22.00 -$25.00 per hour + Commission
