Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Director of Nursing who will manage the 24/7 nursing functions for Asbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. In this role you will review the medical needs of potential applicants and determine the appropriate level of care placement. You will coordinate the quality assurance process and infection control program.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Interview, hire, train, and discharge employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.
  • Direct care of residents who require minimal to skilled nursing care.
  • Develop, design, and coordinate the implementation of corporate quality assurance processes.
  • Develops, implements, and receives approval for budgets.
  • Communicate resident needs and services to families, other departments, and external representatives.
  • Generate reports as directed by the Director of Health Services in support of daily operations.

What youโ€™ll need:

  • Valid RN license
  • 3- 5 years of experience as an RN
  • 3+ Years of management experience

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 per year.
