Job description

Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a results-oriented manager to lead a team of delivery/customer sales representatives in exceeding our customer expectations. Our Sales & Service Managers direct our Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers to deliver the best quality service to our customers.

  • Responsible for a district and its growth through maintaining the book of customer accounts.
  • Responsible for managing service team within your district
  • Conduct customer audits, problem solve, and train new Route Driver/Customer Sales Representatives.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
  • 2+ years previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees and employee relations.
  • Willing to work hard and having a good job tenure and job history.
  • Must be growth oriented and career minded.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and resourcefully to meet established goals.
  • A good driving record.
  • A BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
