Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors
  • Be a knowledgeable resource, answering guests' questions and providing accurate information about our programs, services, and policies
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and registrations, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
  • Manage phone calls and emails, promptly and confidently addressing inquiries and requests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
