As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Protocall Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to uncover clients' mental health needs and determine their strengths and resources.
• Providing individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that set specific goals and outline intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff to ensure cohesive care and coordinated support for students.
• Responding to crisis situations by offering immediate interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to address urgent mental health challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance clients' skills and coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. The role emphasizes culturally competent care, ensuring that you consider each student’s background, experiences, and individual needs in your therapeutic approach.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and families.

While not mandatory, experience with school-based mental health services, knowledge of special education processes, and familiarity with community resources to support students facing challenges will be considered an asset in this role.
