Protocall Behavioral Health Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team as a full-time employee. A flexible work schedule helps to accommodate the varying needs of our clients, including evening and weekend hours as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, making sure all parties work towards a unified treatment plan.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring safety and support are prioritized at all times.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to create community and foster resilience.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

Your role will include working with a diverse clientele, which encompasses individuals from various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to those experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. By focusing on personalized care strategies, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a treatment team.

A minimum of two years experience in mental health or outpatient settings is highly desired. Candidates with specific experience in evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be given preference. Experience in crisis intervention and the facilitation of group therapy sessions is also advantageous.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
