• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to better inform treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and observe progress while adapting the strategies as necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and work with clients on safety planning when urgent situations arise.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, leading psychoeducation classes and support groups that encourage peer interactions and shared learning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring effective tracking of client progress and compliance with health regulations.

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of various treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital for establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual mental health platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems will be an advantage.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and leading educational workshops is also beneficial.

Protocall Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
