Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients requiring specialized mental health services and advocate for appropriate referrals.

  • Develop and implement relapse prevention plans to assist patients in maintaining stability and managing their conditions effectively.
  • Document treatment progress comprehensively and maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

  • Support patients in navigating their healthcare journey, including medication management and coping strategies for side effects.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 87,000 and USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
