Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes, assess mental health needs, and carry out functional evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions to clients dealing with mental health challenges, ensuring a swift and effective response to their needs.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients requiring specialized mental health services and advocate for appropriate referrals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans to assist patients in maintaining stability and managing their conditions effectively.
• Document treatment progress comprehensively and maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to contribute to program evaluation and improvement of behavioral services.
• Support patients in navigating their healthcare journey, including medication management and coping strategies for side effects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 87,000 and USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
