Job description

Aspire of Western New York has an exciting part time entry level Recruitment & Staffing Specialist position available. This position is 18-24 hours per week.
At Aspire, we are driven by the core belief that children and adults with developmental disabilities have the right to realize their full potential and live as independently as possible. Aspire compassionately and relentlessly works toward facilitating this end.
The Recruitment & Staffing Specialist would be responsible for the engagement of candidates from a face-to-face interview to onboarding them into their new position.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a desire to help others obtain a job that is both rewarding and impactful. No previous interviewing experience required!
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of working with people with disabilities

Rate of pay: $20-$22 per hour based on experience
