ALL Boys/Girls Group Home Needed ASAP in Mesa and San Tan Valley/Queen Creek areas.  Age ranges from 9-17.

STARTING AT $20 PER HR
Potential compensation: $18-20/Hour(Depending on Education or Experience) PLUS Bonuses!!!
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
 1:1 Support, 10AM - 10PM,   Sunday - Saturday
9AM-9PM Weekends, Weekend Overnights Friday - Saturday 10PM-10AM

Have you ever wanted to make a difference in a young adult's life? Try working for Brothers and Keepers where we mentor troubled teens that live in our residential group homes. All our homes have 10 kids that reside at the facility. You will be required to keep kids safe, teach them independent living skills, and mentor and encourage them to make successful decisions. We are looking for motivating, creative-minded, fitness-driven people!!! You need to be able to motivate kids to do better and not just be a drill sergeant. All of our youth come from the Department of Child Safety (DCS)

SKILLS NEED:
Must be organized
Motivating with Troubled Teens
Must be great at writing legal documents, case notes, incident reports, administration skills, communication skills, delegating and leading your staff, hiring staff, and firing staff. You must be extremely dependable and know how to put the company first. You fail, we all fail.
QUALIFICATIONS: You must have the following document proof
Pass Criminal Background
Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card
First Aid/CPR
Arizona Driver’s License
High School Diploma/GED or higher
CPI or Article 9 (Crisis prevention)
Clean Driver’s Record

YOU CAN START IMMEDIATELY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card
CPI or Article 9 (Crisis prevention training)
CPR/First Aid
Cleared Background
2 years experience
