This position is remote, providing the flexibility to operate from a location of your choice while actively engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Your work schedule will be from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced lifestyle without the demands of evening or weekend shifts. • Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust while professionally upholding ethical standards.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and document detailed progress notes for each client, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge as appropriate.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan is person-centered and adaptable.
• Engage in individual supervisory sessions to enhance clinical skills and refine therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers in our integrated practice model, promoting holistic care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Our population includes individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is required.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

While one year of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with additional years of clinical practice or specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or other relevant areas will be considered favorably.
