Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing telehealth services to clients. Our telehealth platform is equipped with secure technologies, ensuring that patient interactions remain confidential and compliant with health regulations. You will enjoy the flexibility of a structured work schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the nature and severity of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and diagnostic criteria.
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that prioritize their goals and address their unique challenges, integrating input from family members and other stakeholders when relevant.
  • Employ evidenced-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate transformative growth and healing.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-help strategies to empower them in managing their conditions.
  • Continuously track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health providers to ensure integrated care that addresses the totality of the clientโ€™s mental health needs.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health records system.

  • Advocate for clients, addressing and reducing stigma associated with mood disorders through community outreach and education initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a spectrum of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona, with a deep understanding of the legal and ethical responsibilities of the role.

Compensation and Benefits
