Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This full-time position will allow you to utilize your skills to enhance the mental health and well-being of a diverse clientele through telehealth services. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting via our telehealth platform, enabling you to interact with clients from the comfort of your home or wherever you choose. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance with no required evenings or weekends. As a practicing LPC, you will receive necessary support through virtual supervision and regular team meetings to foster teamwork and professional growth.

Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a caseload of clients with various mental health concerns, establishing rapport, and building a therapeutic alliance to facilitate effective treatment.
• Conducting individual therapy sessions that focus on the personal needs and treatment objectives of each client.
• Performing initial intake assessments to determine clients’ mental health status, treatment needs, and risk factors.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Regularly reviewing client progress through updates and discharge planning when appropriate, ensuring a consistent trajectory towards recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes following all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participating in clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients and promote integrative treatment strategies.
• Engaging in continual professional development and maintaining a growth mindset to elevate the standard of care provided.

Your client base will predominantly consist of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. This role requires you to be both adaptable and skilled in working with a diverse population, understanding the nuances of each client's experiences and tailoring interventions accordingly.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field.
• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential issued by the state of Arizona, allowing for independent clinical practice.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic modalities and patient care.

While the minimum requirement is one year of clinical experience, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Proficiency in telehealth systems and technology, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
• A history of working with various mental health disorders, enhancing a holistic and individualized approach to care.
