Alfred Williams & Company is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer with a proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into impactful visual content. As a key member of our team, you'll create compelling digital and print assets that engage our audience and consistently reinforce our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage digital assets that align with sales strategies across multiple channels, including engaging social media content and imagery.
  • Write, edit and design print marketing materials, such as proposals, training documents and client-facing collateral, that clearly communicate our story and brand.
  • Create branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate our presence and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and messaging integrity.
  • Track trends and gather feedback related to competitive proposals, conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Build brand awareness through social media campaigns by establishing goals, timelines and execution strategies for maximum impact.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Ceros is beneficial but not required.
