Job Description Business Development Manager - Government Contracts Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite) | Full-Time | Competitive pay plus monthly commission Signature Labor Services is seeking a talented Government Contracting (GovCon) Proposal Writer with strong technical writing skills to join our Business Development team. This position combines expertise in federal contracting processes, proposal strategy, and technical documentation to develop compelling proposals that win government contracts. You will also be required to manage the Account from the staffing perspective.
