The Senior Maintenance Technician in Property Management plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential or commercial properties. This position is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks, overseeing routine inspections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards. The Senior Maintenance Technician also mentors junior staff, providing guidance and expertise to foster a skilled maintenance team. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field, preferably within property management.
