This position is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks, overseeing routine inspections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The Senior Maintenance Technician also mentors junior staff, providing guidance and expertise to foster a skilled maintenance team. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field, preferably within property management.
