OVERVIEW
A well-established property management company is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a 64-unit market-rate apartment community in West Bend, WI. This full-time role supports the day-to-day operations of eight residential buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys building relationships with residents, coordinating property operations, and taking ownership in a collaborative but independent work environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the daily operations of a 64-unit market-rate apartment community.
Assist with leasing activities including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with residents and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit processing.
Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
Help monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and ownership.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
Work closely with the Regional Manager while developing the ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities.
