Position Summary

Luxury Coastal Vacations is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team in Orange Beach, AL. In this hands-on role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our property operations, conducting thorough inspections of our luxury vacation rentals to ensure every guest experiences the exceptional quality our brand promises. You'll work independently to assess properties, coordinate with multiple departments, and take pride in preparing beautiful coastal homes for guests and owners. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a keen eye for detail, and takes satisfaction in seeing tangible results from their work.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.

  • Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.

  • Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.

  • Manage property inventory and staging.

  • Deliver needed items to guests.

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation: Mileage reimbursement provided when driving personal vehicle for work purposes.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Weekend and holiday availability

Compensation & BenefitsHourly Salary: $16-$18
