About the Role
Blue Commercial Properties is a growing commercial property management and real estate firm based in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our client accounts and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client accounts, responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain property-related documents, reports, correspondence, and filing systems
- Assist with lease administration, vendor coordination, and work order tracking
- Support management with scheduling, meeting preparation, and project tracking
- Process accounts payables, accounts receivables, and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Coordinate communications between tenants, vendors, and internal team members
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of office administration or accounting/bookkeeping support experience
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a professional, client-focused attitude
- Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
