Property Operations Coordinator

Pensacola, FL •  Full-Time

About the Role

Blue Commercial Properties is a growing commercial property management and real estate firm based in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our client accounts and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client accounts, responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups
  • Prepare and maintain property-related documents, reports, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Assist with lease administration, vendor coordination, and work order tracking
  • Support management with scheduling, meeting preparation, and project tracking
  • Process accounts payables, accounts receivables, and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Coordinate communications between tenants, vendors, and internal team members
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of office administration or accounting/bookkeeping support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
