Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to lead day-to-day vacation rental operations in the Pensacola area. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for coordinating team schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring properties consistently meet high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.

You’ll play a key role in resolving escalated guest concerns, supporting on‑site teams, and keeping operations running efficiently across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong results for property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate team member schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
  • Schedule and oversee vendors to support timely, high‑quality maintenance and services
  • Uphold high standards for cleaning, maintenance, and overall property presentation
  • Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally to protect the guest experience
  • Develop and execute proactive plans to keep properties in excellent condition
  • Drive guest satisfaction and maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher
  • Lead, support, and motivate a positive, engaged, and tenured team
  • Actively identify and deliver opportunities to Wow the Guest at every touchpoint
  • Retain property owners by maintaining homes to agreed‑upon standards and expectations
  • Manage the assigned territory in alignment with approved budgets and performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of professional experience in an office setting
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the vacation rental industry preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Available to work holidays and weekends
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

$55,000 - $65,000

Bonus

Bonus based on KPIs and will could 150% payout maximum potential.
