Salary: DOE

Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Albuquerque, NM


Seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support the field office operations located in Albuquerque, NM.


Responsibilities:
Collecting, organizing and compiling various paperwork from office and field staff. Submitting to headquarter office or client as needed;
Collecting and compiling timesheets and tracking hours worked on projects;
Billing, opening and closing out of projects;
New Hire Onboarding;
Tracking and following up on completion of paperwork;
Blue stake coordination;
Scheduling barricades;
Coordinate outages and access to customers property;
Coordinate with the customer to track and close out service orders;
Inventory and order PPE and safety supplies when needed;
Inventory and order office supplies when needed; and
Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative/clerical position; construction industry a plus;
High School Diploma;
Valid Drivers License;
Proficiency in Word / Excel / Outlook;
Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar scanning/PDF software;
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;
Acute attention to detail;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong follow-up and follow through;
Dependability / Reliability;
Willingness to assist where needed and work as a team;
Positive, team oriented approach to problem solving;
Self-starter; and
Ability to effectively communicate with various personality types at all levels.
