Job description

Tyson Property Management is seeking a reliable and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the role of Property Management Coordinator. The coordinator will perform a range of duties under the direct supervision of our licensed Department Managers in the managing of single-family homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic receptionist duties
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Prepare and mail notices
  • Discuss available properties and application qualifications with prospective customers
  • Processing tenant applications
  • Advertising and marketing
  • Assemble lease documents
  • Assist existing clients and customers with account questions
  • Schedule and conduct property inspections
  • Assist tenants with maintenance requests
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Dispute resolution

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Office administration experience
