Career Strategies, Inc. is looking for an expereinced Property Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the community. This includes overseeing the management team, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and providing residents with a positive experience. We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing a high-quality experience for residents and employees every day.


Job Title: Property Manager

Schedule/Hours:  | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (No Weekends)


Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Supervising the activities of the community.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and repairs are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Ensuring that all resident needs are met on a daily basis.
  • Providing direction and guidance to the maintenance staff.
  • Ensuring that all required state and federal regulations are met.
  • Ensuring that all staff are following state and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are being followed in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Ensuring that all residents have a positive experience in regards to their experience at the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ year of property management experience or Associate degree or higher in a related field such as hospitality, tourism, construction, or tourism management preferred.
  • Tax Credit/ Section 8 experience; or affordable housing experience is highly preferred.
