Property Manager $61,800-$65,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
Location: Riverplace Apartment Homes Independence, OR
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Classification: Exempt

What You'll Do
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
  • Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
  • Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and resident files
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, payroll, and reporting deadlines
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained
  • Partner with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Commute to central office for meetings as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of property management experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
