???? What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a key member of the accounting team, you’ll help ensure the financial success of large-scale redevelopment initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Record and manage journal entries including:
    • Cash
    • Accruals
    • Depreciation
    • Amortization
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with audits and tax reporting processes
  • Collaborate with property management teams during month-end close
  • Track development budgets and project job costs
  • Review and code invoices within ERP systems
  • Prepare lender draw packages and monthly reporting
  • Support financial analysis and special projects as needed

???? Qualifications We’re Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred

⭐ CPA designation
⭐ Experience in real estate accounting or public accounting
⭐ Familiarity with Yardi or similar ERP systems
